I've known Rob and Sarah for years, and have always thought they are special and kind individuals and together they make a great couple! Their "Big Day" was low key and relaxed, and a joy to be a part of! The ceremony and reception took place at the intimate 514 studio and Corner Coffee. I'm so happy for you Rob and Sarah! Congrats!
Photographing my brother-in-law's wedding was more emotional than I expected. Seeing two amazing people commit to spend their lives together usually brings a tear to my eye. While watching Jake and Lisa say "I do" I had to remind my self to hold it together! Jake has found an amazing woman to spend his life with! Welcome to the family Lisa!
{Hello HOLGA} Jake and Lisa added the Holga film package to their unique wedding! This is my favorite part of being a photographer, getting back to my film roots! The Holga camera is a basic plastic camera that feels very much like a toy. Because of the unpredictable end results of lens blur, light leeks, and vignetting, a Holga camera is unique and adds a timeless quality where each image is one of a kind.
So, I thought I should get these fun engagement photos up before Rob and Sarah get married (in 4 days...oops!). We had a fun/dramatic 2 part shoot at The Local Pub and Gethsemane Church in down town Minneapolis. I'm so happy for them and am excited to shoot their wedding in a few days!
"We were beyond pleased!! Emily was very organized throughout the entire day. She kept everyone on track, and she continued to make the day all about us. She is so creative, and we loved every picture!" Adam & Brandi Davis
